The first week of March, Formstack hit the road and attended not one, not two, but THREE events. We love getting out into the field and meeting customers, prospects, and partners. Read on to see what we learned by attending events in Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

HIMSS

HIMSS is the largest healthcare tech conference in the world. 30,000 folks descended on the Venetian Expo Hall to learn what’s in store for the healthcare industry and how technology is not only helping to keep us healthy but also ensuring that those who care for us can be productive and make sure that their valuable time is spent on the most meaningful tasks. We debuted a simple message at HIMSS, ‘Streamline your world,’ because we think healthcare processes should be easy. After all, most of us would want our healthcare practitioners and administrators to focus on what matters, when in reality, they often get bogged down on painful processes and database management.

We kicked off our conference by hosting a breakfast briefing with Banner Health, cataloging their entire journey toward digitization, beginning when they were largely an analog, paper-based healthcare system, to where they are today, embracing the idea of a total data fabric.

We also debuted our market-first process automation platform, Formstack Streamline. Formstack Streamline empowers IT teams across healthcare organizations to integrate their EHR systems with our platform to build secure, data-rich, zero data retention workflows that prefill data into processes such as patient referrals, waitlists, equipment requests, and financial agreements. You’ll never need to worry about manually moving or copying your data, freeing your team members to create compliant and streamlined workflows to solve their most challenging processes.

With Formstack Streamline, IT can now set the guardrails for any team member to effortlessly build secure, data-rich, no-code workflows that reduce costs and risks, and drive greater efficiencies across their organization.

We were energized by the reception to not only our legacy healthcare solutions, but also our newest offering, furthering our mission to automate the mundane, so you can make your magic.

TDX

We had the chance to head to San Francisco for TDX, the AI conference for the developer era. Jordan Dimit and Janeen Marquardt, joined #TDX to showcase how Formstack and HIKE2 partnered with Salesforce to ensure end users never encountered a blank form again. They explored Agentforce and offered a practical approach to help participants kickstart their AI journey, providing valuable insights into how these collaborations were revolutionizing user experience and making AI more accessible for everyone.

Furthermore, Jordan and the team had the opportunity to demo Formstack products at the Demo Jam, which Formstack won. Here is a photo of the winning team!

Montgomery Summit

The headlines are often filled with opinions about AI, but the true value lies in understanding how AI is actively transforming products, workflows, and entire businesses. We wanted to contribute to the conversation, so we headed down to Santa Monica, CA, for the 2025 edition of the Montgomery Summit. Our own CTO, Dave Cole had an insightful conversation with Michael Greenberg, the visionary behind Snap Inc.’s AI strategy; they dove into the tangible impact of AI on startups, investors, and builders while exploring the future of social media and how AI is shaping it in real-time. Watch the whole session now.

It was a long week, and now the Formstack team is back in the lab deciding which conference to take our talents to next. In the meantime, check out the Formstack Streamline page for more information on our newest offering.
